Marinating Venison

As you know, we have a freezer full of venison.

Of course deer meat is known to have a gamey kind of flavour, so we thought we had better marinate our steaks overnight before eating/freezing.

The marinade I made was awesome!! Here is what I put in it:

    Red wine
    Olive oil
    Worcestershire sauce
    Soy sauce
    Small amount of sugar
    Chopped garlic
    Chopped onion
    Small amount if allspice
    Thyme
    Parsley
    Dijon Mustard
    Salt & Pepper

We cooked the steaks on an extremely hot BBQ. Yummy!
